both management and the player agree that the backed-up file shall serve as the
final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the wager was made.

or any fraudulent intent of the member as interpreted by TROPICSPORTS.
10. TROPICSPORTS reserves the right to adjust the limits and/or suspend
wagering privileges on any individual account without prior written or verbal
notice.
11. Any accounts that have been suspended or cancelled by TROPICSPORTS must
have prior management approval to reactivate their account. If it is determined

Furthermore, no credit may be issued by any employee of TROPICSPORTS. It is the
responsibility of the client to maintain sufficient funds to place any

16. Each client is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his/her
betting account number and password, and should make every effort to prevent
the use of his/her personal account number, and password by any third party.
Any transactions entered with the account holder's account number and password
will be considered an official transaction. If a client suspects a third party
may have his/her account number and password, the client must contact TROPICSPORTS
and change his/her password.
Upon signup, each client is required to submit a secondary password used
for account changes and withdrawals. This secondary password must be used to
change a wagering password or request a withdrawal or transfer of funds from
his/her account. Should a member give away, share or lose his or her account
number and/or password, TROPICSPORTS will not be held liable for any claims
regarding that account.
17. Accounts with aggregate winnings of more than $5,000 are considered to
be playing on 'house money'. Customers deemed to be playing with 'house money'
may not be eligible for special promotions or perks provided by TROPICSPORTS.
18. All new accounts are subject to a period of review, and during this
time, they may not be eligible to participate in specific promotions offered by
TROPICSPORTS.
19. Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by TROPICSPORTS.
Any internet wagering through other means, including the use of a 'robot'
player or by manipulation of our systems, is strictly forbidden. If it is
deemed that a robot was utilized or the use of non-approved client software is
detected, the offending party risks forfeiture of funds and Management reserves
the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's
account, or take any other appropriate action. TROPICSPORTS will employ the
services of a 3rd party provider to make a determination where foul play is
suspected.
20. If a player believes that TROPICSPORTS has posted an erroneous line or
schedule, the player should notify TROPICSPORTS immediately to verify if the
line and/or schedule are correct.
21. Immediately upon discovery, wagers placed on an event with an obviously
mistaken line resulting from human or technical error will be graded as “No
Action”. If a wager with an erroneous line is not voided before the event
begins, TROPICSPORTS reserves the right to remedy the odds to a fair market
price which would have been available at the time the wager was placed. This
price adjustment may be applied during or after an event.
22. A bet made after an event begins, based on occurrences that have
developed while in-play, is considered a 'past-post' and therefore invalid. The
same applies for all horse bets, as they must be placed before post time or
else are invalid. This also applies for all regular games and any live wagering
events. All events intended for in-play offering will be noted as such on the
wagering option.
23. TROPICSPORTS reserves the right to reverse the incorrect application of
funds into an account due to human or system/software error. Additional funds
that were not intended to be credited into a customer's account will be
reverted upon discovery of the inaccuracy. Any additional earnings from those
funds are subject to voiding/forfeiture.
24. At TROPICSPORTS, we strive to treat our clients with the respect and
courtesy they deserve. We also require that our clients reciprocate the gesture
to our employees. Any abusive language or treatment via phone, chat or email
will cause immediate termination of the TROPICSPORTS account and all remaining
funds will be refunded to the account holder.
25. We reserve the right to limit the number of times a client may
participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the
basis of all or any combination of the following: Name, mailing address, email
address, IP address, credit or debit card number and any forms of
identification which may be required.
26. TROPICSPORTS has designed its services to protect customer privacy and
maintain confidentiality.
27. All transactions are processed in highly secure 128-bit encryption.
28. Time Changes and Injury Reports are unofficial and subject to changes.
It is a member's responsibility to question and clarify any event not covered
or rules he/she does not understand prior to placing any wagers.
29. Any wagers deemed as correlated may be voided at TROPICSPORTS
discretion. Examples of correlated wagers are but not limited to the following:
- Team total to a
team total in the same game. Includes all quarters and halves in the game. -
Team total to a run line, money line or total in the same game.
Any side or run
line/puck line of a quarter, half or game to another side of the same game in a
Parlay or any type of If bet.
30. Regardless of the published header, all games and events will have
action as long as the two teams/sides are correct. A game/match will also keep
action regardless of the ‘League Heading’ and/or ‘League Offering’ that is
associated with the matchup. For example, two teams from the same league
playing for a Cup; if the matchup is mistakenly placed in the League Offering,
the game/match will still have action, as long as the matchup is correct.
31. Information Required. If you choose to register an Account you will be
required to provide your full name, address, date of birth, email address and
telephone number. If your identity cannot be validated, you may be required to
submit additional information or documentation. You will also be required to
answer one or more security questions, after which you will be sent a
confirmatory email. You may also be required to update the information or data
or to provide additional items as part of on-going efforts to prevent illegal
and fraudulent activities, and/or to comply with our Anti-Money Laundering
policies and protocols.

rules he/she does not understand prior to placing any wagers.
Sports
Rules
Baseball
Sports
Rules of Baseball
- For all Moneyline bets, a game is
considered official after five innings of play (four and a half if the
home team is winning). Thereafter, if a game is canceled or suspended the
winner is determined by the score after the last full inning of play. If
the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the
inning, the winner is then determined by the score at the time the game is
canceled.
- When betting on totals and/or run-lines the game must go nine
innings (eight and a half if the home team is winning). Extra innings are
included in the final totals. Listed pitchers must start the game. In case
of disputes the ruling made by "The Mirage" sports book in Las
Vegas will apply.
- Any wager on a baseball game that is postponed prior to the start
of the match will be cancelled.
- All postseason games (Wild Card, Divisional Series, Championship
Series, World Series) are not considered official until a winner is
declared. If a post season game begins and then is delayed to a later
date, all wagers will have action with the final score being graded as the
official result.
- All Baseball games the Home team is listed on the bottom unless
specified. First 5 Innings:
1. Once 5 full innings have been completed, all wagers on the first half (5
innings) will stand.
2. A game does not have to go 9 complete innings, nor does a game need to
be completed for the bet to be graded as the bet only covers the first five innings.
Whatever occurs after five innings have been played is not relevant to the bet.
3. If a game does not go five full innings, all first-half wagers will be
canceled. If the game should be deemed officially over after only 4½ innings,
all first half wagers will still be considered no action.
4. No parlays between spreads and totals on the same game in the first five
innings are allowed.
5. All first-half wagers must list both pitchers. If either listed pitcher
does not start, all wagers on the first half will be canceled.
Second Half:
- For wagering purposes, second half is considered to begin at the
top of the 6th inning; regardless how many extra innings are played. To be
official teams must play at least four full innings, or three and a half
innings if the home team is leading.
- Action:
- No wagers are canceled for a listed pitcher change. If one of the
original pitchers listed does not start the game (throw the first pitch of
the game, not counting warm-ups), there will be a new line and the price
on your play will be automatically adjusted.
- List One Pitcher:
- If the pitcher you specified does not start the game, you have
"No Action". Whether or not the other pitcher listed starts the
game is irrelevant.
- List Both Pitchers:
- Both pitchers listed need to start the game. If either or both
pitchers do not start the game you have no action.
Totals
And Run lines:
- Both pitchers are automatically listed (both must start for
action). This is the only way you can play totals and run lines. If either
or both pitchers do not start the game you have "No Action".
Regular Season Baseball Series Wagers:
- Wagers on baseball series are based on the first three games played
of each series.
- At least two of the first three series games must be played for
wagers to have action.
- If only one of the first three games is postponed or canceled,
series wagers stand as written.
- If two of the first three games are postponed or canceled, all
wagers on that series will be graded as no action and all monies refunded.
- A called game will count toward a series wager provided it is
officially declared a regulation game.
- Pitchers cannot be listed for series wagers; all wagers will have
action regardless of the starting pitchers.
- Grand Salami: The Grand Salami will be
decided by the total runs scored in all games scheduled in the given
league for the given day. All scheduled games must be official and
complete to be considered for the Grand Salami total. If any scheduled
game is canceled or stopped, all wagers on the Grand Salami will be
canceled. All wagers will have action regardless of the starting pitchers.
- All MLB preseason games will be graded the same as regular season
MLB games.
For wagering
purposes, the bottom team is considered the home team.
Non-MLB Baseball
- Regardless of their completion date, NCAA baseball tournament, NCAA
softball tournament, international tournament and youth league tournament
games that start and are interrupted, will have action with the final
result score.
- Any baseball, softball, or little league game ending early as a
result of a mercy rule will have action on all wagers (unless otherwise
noted).
- Japanese Baseball: if a match is declared a draw, all bets are
valid, side bets will push.
- In Mexican Baseball and AAA Baseball, a double header game may be
scheduled for 7 innings only. For grading purposes, we will consider 7
inning games final when played as part of a double header.
Note: Any rules not
mentioned in this section will be governed by the General Rules.
Basketball
Sports
Rules of Basketball
- Any postponed, suspended, or rescheduled events will be considered
no action. Overtime periods in college and professional games are counted
in the final score. On second-half wagers, overtime is included as part of
the second-half score in both sides and totals wagers. On fourth quarter
wagers, overtime is not included as part of the fourth quarter side or
total. For wagering purposes, the game must go at least 43 minutes of play
for NBA and 35 minutes of play for College and International Basketball.
For European and International basketball, the home team will be listed on
top.
- All 82 games must be played for action on regular season wins.
- In general, the home team in International Basketball is displayed
on the top, but in case of matches played on a “Neutral Court”, either
team can be placed on Top.
Note: Any rules not
mentioned in this section will be governed by the General Rules.
Hockey
Sports
Rules of Hockey
- For NHL and NCAA the game becomes official (action) after 55
minutes of play. Goals scored during overtime are included for wagers on
the game, but are not included on wagers for the 3rd period.
- If a game requires a shoot-out to determine the winner, one goal
will be awarded to the winner for the final score (regardless of how many
goals scored in the shoot-out), which will be recognized for the total
goals scored as well as the winning team.
- Game must be played on scheduled date and site.
- Grand Salami: The Grand Salami will be decided by the total goals
scored in all games scheduled in the given league for the given day. All
scheduled games must play their three full periods. If any scheduled game
is canceled or stopped before three full periods are played, all wagers on
the Grand Salami will be canceled.
- European, International and non-NHL games will have the home team
listed on top. The result of the game is decided after regulation time is
over (Away/Home/Draw/Total). Overtime and shoot-outs are not included.
- In general, the home team in International Hockey is displayed on
the top, but in case of matches played at Neutral Sites/Rinks, either team
can be placed on Top.
- In American Hockey League the result of the game is decided after
regulation time is final, the Home team is on the Bottom.
- In Canadian Leagues the result of the game is decided after
regulation time is final.
- 3-way money line wagering on NHL offers a draw line as well as both
sides. In the event of a draw, example: (1-1), all wagers on either side
will be graded as a loss. The result of the wager is decided after
Regulation time. Over Time and Shootouts are not taken into consideration
for 3-way NHL money line bets.
Note: Any rules not
mentioned in this section will be governed by the General Rules.
Football
Sports
Rules of Football
- Any postponed, suspended, or rescheduled events will be considered
no action. Overtime periods are counted in the final score of both college
and professional games. For second-half wagers, overtime is included as
part of the second-half for sides and totals wagers. Overtime is not
included on wagers for fourth quarter sides or totals. For wagering
purposes, the game must go at least 55 minutes of play.
- If play is suspended before the completion of 55 minutes and not
resumed the same day, all bets on the full game will be graded as no
action and all monies refunded. If part of the game has finished (i.e.
first quarter, first half, second quarter, or third quarter) those bets
will be graded as action, provided the entire period has finished.
- A correlated parlay is a bet that is tied into another where if one
bet wins, the odds of the other winning is increased. We do not allow
correlated parlays, but in some cases the system may allow the bet to be
placed. Management maintains the right to void wagers placed in violation
of these rules.
The generally applied parameters for a correlated parlay in football are
as follows:
(1) Full game spread exceeds 30% of the full game total
(2) First or Second Half spread exceeds 25% or the half time total.
Note: Any rules not
mentioned in this section will be governed by the General Rules.
Soccer
Sports
Rules of Soccer
- Money line wagering on soccer offers a draw line as well as both
sides. In the event of a draw, example: (1-1), all wagers on either side
will be graded as a loss. This rule does not apply to bets placed on the
spread.
- The result of the game is decided after 90 minutes of play plus
injury time. Extra time and penalty kicks are not taken into consideration
for soccer bets unless otherwise stipulated.
- Full game and 2nd half soccer wagers (Asian Handicap, money lines
and totals) are official after full time (90 minutes regulation + injury
time). If a match is abandoned or postponed, it must go to the 85th minute
for action on money lines, spreads and totals. Match must be completed or
at least 85 minutes must be played during the scheduled date.
- First half soccer wagers have action once the half is complete and
will otherwise be canceled.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, all proposition bets on that
match will be canceled unless a relevant market result has already
happened.
- When a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be
played at the original away team's home grounds in which case, all wagers
will be canceled.
- In the case of games that are previously scheduled to last 80
minutes of regulation time, all wagers will have action after 75 minutes
played.
- In the case of games that are previously scheduled to last less
than 80 minutes of regulation time, all wagers will have action when the
game is completed.
- In general, the home team in Soccer is displayed on the top, but in
case of matches played at a “Neutral Field”, either team can be placed on
top.

Lose by exactly 2: Half the stake is refunded. The
other half is a loser.
Lose by 3 or more: All bets are losers.
Handicap line 2 (2) goals.
Team giving -2 goals:
Win by 3 or more: All bets are winners.
Win by exactly 2: All bets are void and refunded.
Win by 1, draw or lose by any score: All bets are
losers.
Team receiving +2 goals:
Lose by 1, draw or win by any score: All bets are
winners. Lose by exactly 2: All bets are void and refunded.
Lose by 3 or more: All bets are losers.

Golf
Sports
Rules of Golf
- If the start of a round is delayed, or if play during a round is
suspended, all pending wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the
postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all pending wagers will be
canceled.
- Wagers will be settled using the official tournament and match
results (including final match correct score and individual match
betting). This includes a match which finishes early, either by agreement
of the players or because of injury.
- Odds to win betting “the field" includes all players not
offered by name. All outright bets are settled on the player winning the
trophy. The results of play-offs are taken into account. If a tournament
does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72) and is
shortened by the tournament officials, the leader at the end as specified
by the officials will be the winner. If there is no further play or only
part of a round has been completed after a bet has been placed, that bet
will be canceled.
- Tournament matchup wagers are for the duration of the tournament.
If a player withdraws before starting the bet is no action. If one player
misses the cut, the other player is deemed the winner. If both players
fail to make the cut their two-day total score is used.
- Round Matchups are official after players tee off. The winner will
be the player with the lowest score after 18 holes. If any player retires
or is disqualified, the opponent will be declared the winner. If both
retire, the one that plays more holes will be declared the winner. If both
are disqualified, the matchup will be deemed-NO ACTION.
- When betting on Odds to win, all wagers have action whether the
listed players start or not.
- For Golf Spreads both players must tee off for action, the winner
will be the player that covers the strokes spread taking into
consideration that the lowest score is the winner.
Example:
Rory McIlroy -0.5 +110
Jordan Spieth +0.5 -130
McIlroy Scores 68
Spieth Scores 70
For “grading” purposes the score will be McIlroy 70,
Spieth 68, so the winning wagers are on McIlroy.
- 3 balls betting: Players must tee off for action, and if there is a
tie between two or more players with the best score, wagers will have no
action.
- Group betting: All players in the group must tee off in order to
have action, and IF there is a tied score between 2 or more players, the
DEAD HEAT RULE will be applied, where the actual payout of the bet is the
line with which your bet was made, divided by the number of players that
tied (as long as they tied as winners of the group)
Note: Any rules not
mentioned in this section will be governed by the General Rules.
Tennis

- When a tennis match is considered completed, all wagers are
considered final and graded as such. Any delay to the start of a match
will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as
play is resumed and the match is officially completed.
- In the event a match does not go the specified number of sets and
the match is shortened, the winner is determined by the event officials

will have action: the fight winner, fighter wins only, and draw options.
The propositions for fight totals and whether or not it will go the distance

- If the scheduled number of rounds is changed or wrongly posted, the
following wagers will be considered no action: propositions for exact
round of ending, fighter to win by knockout, technical knockout,

- A fight is a Technical draw when a fight ends before an allotted

of completed rounds. The halfway point of a three-minute round is at
exactly one minute and thirty seconds.
- Results will be graded based on the official result at ringside.

Wagering
Types
Straights
Spread
The Spread is a type of line that
consists on an amount of predetermined points (or goals) you add or subtract to
a team or player (side), to even them out. This is also known as handicap.
With the spread, both teams get balanced
with equal chances of winning the bet: the favorite’s advantage is reduced, and
the underdog’s disadvantage is evened out.
You can bet the Spread straight up on a
desired side (team/player) or total. The juice of the wager is 10/11 or $110 to
win $100.
Example:
COWBOYS -3½
FALCONS +3½
If you take a straight wager on the
COWBOYS -3½ then the COWBOYS must win by 4 points for the wager to win. If the
straight wager is on the FALCONS +3½ then the FALCONS cannot lose by more than
3 points for the wager to win. Had the spread on the above example be 3, if the
game landed on 3 points, then the game would be a “PUSH” and result in “NO
ACTION”.
Moneyline
The Moneyline
is the value given to a Side and it indicates how favored (or not) a line is by
setting a price on it; thus, the more favored a team is, the more you will have
to lay on it to win the same amount.
You may pick the Moneyline
straight up and select which team is going to win regardless of the spread.
Example:
COWBOYS -185
FALCONS +165
If you wager on the COWBOYS -185 you lay
$185 to win $100. If you wager on the FALCONS +165 you lay $100 to win $165.
Spreads may also be complemented with Moneylines.
Total Over-Under
The Total is mainly based on the spread.
Wagers with Totals comprehend the total points or goals scored in a game by
both teams. You may select OVER or UNDER the posted line. The juice of the
wager is 10/11 (or 110/100).
Example:
COWBOYS 34 -110
FALCONS 34 -110
The TOTAL is at 34, and if you place a
wager on the UNDER 34, the combined total score of both teams must fall UNDER
34 pts. If you place a wager for OVER 34, the combined total score of both
teams must go OVER 34 pts. If the combined total score falls on 34pts, then the
wager is considered as a "PUSH" and there would be "NO
ACTION".
Buying & Selling Points
This feature allows you to buy or sell
points on the spread to your advantage. It can be used on your Straight wagers
and Parlays at a set up money line (Regular Juice is -110):
Example:
COLTS -6
After buying ½ point = COLTS - 5½ -120
(10 cents)
After buying 1 point = COLTS -5 -130 (20 cents)
After buying 1½ points = COLTS -4½ -140 (30 cents)
After buying 2 points = COLTS -4 -150 (40 cents)
We offer point buying and selling over
the internet on the following sports:
- Basketball: Sides and Totals
- Football: Sides and Totals
- Baseball: Totals
- Hockey: Totals
Prices vary per line; please check the
specific sport or event before placing any wagers.
Run Lines
This is a type of wager in Baseball that
combines point spread (number of runs scored) with moneyline.
Its action is based on listed pitchers; and thus, if there is a pitching
change, wagers will be graded as NO ACTION. The pitcher must throw at least
once (without including warm-ups).
Example:
BRAVES – F. Freeman +1½ -140
ASTROS – D. Keuchel -1½ +120
Option A:
A $100 wager on the ASTROS’ run-line would read: ASTROS - D. Keuchel -1½ $100/120. The ASTROS need to win the game by 2
or more runs.
Option B:
A $100 wager on the BRAVES’ run-line would read: BRAVES - F. Freeman +1½ $140/100.
The BRAVES can lose the game by up to 1 run and the wager would still be
considered a winner.
Puck-Lines
This is a type of wager in Hockey that
combines point spread (number of goals scored) with money line.
Example:
OILERS +1½ -160
BRUINS -1½ +140
Option A:
A $100 wager on the OILERS’ puck line would read: OILERS +1½ $160/100. The
OILERS can lose the game by up to 1 goal and the wager would still be
considered a winner.
Option B:
A $100 wager on the BRUINS’ puck line would read: BRUINS -1½ $100/140. The
BRUINS need to win the game by 2 or more goals.

If
Bets Win or Push
If
Bets
If bets help customers who want to have
action on more than one game but based on the result of the 1st wager. There
are 2 types of if bets, "If Win Only" and "If Win/Ties or
cancelled.
If Win Only example:
312. New Orleans Saints -3 $110 to win
$100
If Win Only
313. New England Patrios
+4 $110 to win $100
If the Saints lose, the wager stops
there and is scored a loser -$110; if the Saints win +$100
the wager continues to the Panthers
wager; if the Panthers win, the wager is a $200 winner;
if the Panthers lose the wager is a $10
loss. If the Cowboys win by exactly 5,
then there will be no action on the
Carolina Panthers and the 110 will go back to your account.
If Win/Ties or cancelled example:
312. New Orleans Saints -3 $110 to win
$100
If Win/Ties or cancelled
313. New England Patrios
+4 $110 to win $100
In this case, customers will have action
on the second part of the wager if Saints wins by 3 or more points.
